Ce vin est issu des vignoble Nantais du Domaine de La Tourette. Faisant l’alliance entre un exubérant parfum et sa rondeur, il tire son nom des contraintes réglementaires de son appellation (8 grammes par litres de sucres résiduels). Créé par l'écossais Raymond Davidson, Glencairn Glass a été le premier verre à whisky à être lancé sur le marché international en 2001 pour un public de non-spécialistes. Inspiré de la forme de la copita et du verre INAO (outil de travail d'un maître blender), le verre Glencairn laisse au whisky tout l'espace dont il a besoin pour libérer ses arômes, tandis que sa forme tulipe permet de les concentrer dans le verre afin d'apprécier sa complexité sexe. Ce verre a une contenance d'environ 175 ml (contient facilement environ 50 ml de whisky) et possède une base solide qui le rend très résistant. Bref, c'est le verre idéal pour une dégustation de whisky au quotidien.

Commentaire du Vigneron : Son nez de prune cuite de d’amande grillée s’enrichit à l’aération d’arômes de vanille, de fève tonka et de caramel au beurre salé. La bouche est pleine et généreuse et se termine sur une finale à la structure enrobée, longue et légèrement sucrée.
